(CCI: TSX & AIM)announces that The Reynolds Family Trust sold on March 28, 2006, through thefacilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, 100,000 common shares in the companyat an average price of C$20.00 per share. As a result, The Reynolds FamilyTrust now holds 902,041 common shares in the company, representing 1.89% ofthe issued common shares.
