CAMBIAN GROUP ACQUIRES ANSEL

In line with its strategy to grow by targeted acquisitions, Cambian, one of the UK's largest specialist behavioural health services providers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ansel Limited ("Ansel"), a 24 bed clinic in Nottingham providing services for men suffering from personality disorders.

The acquisition of Ansel expands the range of Adult Mental Health services Cambian offers to its customers. Ansel is a unique service, and has a strong reputation in the industry through the model of care it has developed in its area of specialisation. The integration of Ansel will also enable Cambian to strengthen its relationship with NHS England and will provide expertise for Cambian to further expand this service line in the future.
