On 20 April 2005 The Paragon Group of Companies PLC ("the Company") issued the Notes to provide long term capital. The Notes are repayable on 20 April 2017 but, at the Company's option, may be called on 20 April 2012. For the purposes of clarification, the Company confirms that it will not exercise its call option on the Notes on 20 April 2012.
