Cablevisión Holding S.A. Makes Prepayment on Loan
On 23 October, 2019, Cablevision Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it had made a partial prepayment of USD116,461,187.79 under the USD750,000,000 Loan with Citibank, N.A, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Dubai (DIFC) Branch and Itaú Unibanco S.A. Nassau Branch, pursuant to amendment dated on 20 March 2019, which provides that any collection of dividends by the Company must be applied to the prepayment of the Loan.
As of 23 October 2019, the outstanding principal amount of the Loan is of USD25,401,114.77
