Munali Nickel Project ("Munali") Munali (100% Albidon) is located approximately 60 kilometres south of Zambia'scapital city, Lusaka. The Project area comprises the Enterprise deposit and anumber of other nickel prospects in the Munali Intrusion, the most advanced ofwhich is the Voyager prospect along strike to the north of Enterprise. Byrnecut Mining International Limited ("Byrnecut") is one of the largestunderground mining contractors in the world with an extensive fleet of miningequipment and a very experienced mining team. Byrnecut is an experienced andsuccessful operator at similar projects in Australia, Africa, Asia, Europe andthe Americas. Byrnecut will be focusing on expediting underground development inthe coming months to ensure ore production in time for planned first deliveriesof concentrate in mid 2008. The contract term is for a period of approximately three years and involves thesupply and management of a full underground mining service. Byrnecut Mining Byrnecut was established in 1987 and has grown into a group that employs over1,700 people operating a large fleet of specialised underground miningequipment. Contract works include long-term mine development and productioncontracts, supplying management, labour, equipment and materials, raisedrilling, boxhole boring, shaftboring and shotcreting. These activities coverboth gold and base metals operations. Byrnecut has developed project management expertise and support systems whichare capable of handling a variety of mining projects from initial feasibility tofinal production. In 1999, Byrnecut established an international division tocontinue the expansion of the company.
