Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of "A" Sharesof Royal Dutch Shell plc will be 3,860,677,003 and the remaining number of "B"Shares of Royal Dutch Shell plc will be 2,473,863,858. The remaining "B" shareswas incorrectly reported as 2,474,273,858 in the previous announcement made on16 December 2013.
