BUYBACK OF OWN SHARES
Athens, January 8, 2014 -The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company)announces that, in accordance with article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920,article 9 of Law3340/2005, the nr 2273/2003 EU Regulation, the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of 26.06.2013 and the nr 6/11-10-2013 decision of the CEO, it acquired on 07.01.2014 through the ASE member NBG Securities S.A. 16,303 own shares, for an average price of €10.2250 per share, of total value €166,700.18. In total, the Company holds 1,223,262 own shares representing 0.249568% of its issued share capital
