Buy-back of shares
PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, announces that on 25 May 2010 it purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of USD 0.62 per Share.
The Shares purchased by the Company will be held in treasury. Following the buy-back, the Company's share capital consists of 151,274,752 Shares, of which 6,330,000 Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 144,944,752.
