Business Update

New Partnership with GreenRoad UK and Deployment of Multiple UK Client Trials

SerVision (AIM: SEV), the AIM quoted developer and manufacturer of digital video security systems, is pleased to announce that GreenRoad UK ("GreenRoad"), a subsidiary of GreenRoad Technologies Inc., a global leader in fleet safety telematics and technology, has entered into a partnership with SerVision, to use the Company's unique live video streaming solution, with a number of its customers.

GreenRoad, which provides telematics solutions to fleets in North America and Europe, has a number of high profile UK and international customers to whom it supplies insurance driven telematics systems in order to monitor the safety and efficiency of driving of their transport fleets. The new partnership with SerVision will see GreenRoad offer, under trial initially, the addition of live video streaming upon installation of their products with new and existing customers, including retro-fitting the cameras into existing vehicles. To date, GreenRoad has placed an order of 125 camera systems for the value of US$70,000 and is trialing the combined solution with six customers. SerVision's new end-to-end, fully integrated solution will be core to the product package, meaning the Company will be responsible for facilitating the video data streaming from the vehicles, and which will ultimately lock in the end customer more effectively to SerVision. The average contract time for each customer is expected to be two years. SerVision will retain all revenue from the video data service, however, as some customers may require a bespoke solution for their fleet, the Company may alter the way it charges for installation and ongoing maintenance services.

The SerVision live video solution combined with GreenRoad's telematics products, will provide customers with a unique combined offering to interrogate driver behaviour. GreenRoad's CEO, Zeev Braude, is confident that the UK telematics market is ripe for the addition of live video to add a higher level of monitoring to large fleets. The board of SerVision believe that this new partnership with GreenRoad, where SerVision is providing its fully integrated solution, is the first of its kind on this scale in the UK.

The Company is also pleased to update the market on the opening of its new UK office based in Manchester Airport. The Company currently has four staff in the UK, but will employ new staff to meet the needs of its expansion plans. UK employees will report into Gary Higham, UK Managing Director, who was appointed earlier in the month, as announced on 7 July 2015. The Company plans to focus on the roll-out of its new business model in the next few months, offering its fully integrated solution directly to customers, including existing ones, as well as the more familiar SerVision business model of using integrators and distribution partners. The board believe the new business model will allow better and deeper relations with its customers, allowing it to sell-in more products over time.
