PROACTIS Holdings PLC01 August 2006 For immediate release 1st August July 2006 PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company") Pre-close Trading Update PROACTIS PLC, the specialist Spend Control software provider, is today issuingits trading update in respect of the year end to 31 July 2006, ahead of enteringits close period, and following successful admission of its shares to AIM on 1June 2006. The Board is pleased to report good progress for the year and that itanticipates that profits will be in line with management expectations. Highlights since the Company's successful flotation include a number of revenueenhancing new business wins in both the private and public sectors, a newstrategic partner in the Benelux region and expansion of PROACTIS' route intothe market in France and Switzerland through an existing partner. New business wins include contract awards from Domestic and General Insurance,Action for Employment, Thompson Directories and The British Olympic Association.These wins were achieved through PROACTIS' Accredited Channel Partners. Specialist healthcare vendor Market4Care has signed up as a new strategicpartner to PROACTIS, giving the Company a Channel Partner in the Benelux region,while FSG, an existing partner, has expanded its operations into France andSwitzerland. PROACTIS has also made significant progress in strengthening the sales team withthe appointment of Mark McCarthy as Director of UK Sales with responsibility forenhancing the Accredited Channel Partner scheme and growing the direct salesrevenue.
