Felix Group PLC30 November 2007 Felix Group plc ("Felix" or the "Group") Business Review Felix Group plc has today announced that Richard Rose, chairman, has begun adetailed review of the viability of the Group's business model. Richard Rose said: "As I said in my statement accompanying our preliminary results, we have beenplacing trial kiosks with various High Street multiple retailers in order thatboth parties may evaluate the commercial returns. We have also been enhancingand adding applications to the portfolio of Max Boxes already established withthe objective of achieving a near term break even position at kiosk contributionlevel. "The results of these initiatives have been disappointing, particularly when thecost and time of providing central support and marketing is taken into account.As a consequence I have begun a detailed review of the viability of our businessmodel. "A further update will be issued once the operational and business review hasbeen completed and conclusions drawn. In the meantime we continue to work hardat driving performance by all means possible."
