Business Briefing
Glanbia plc, the international nutritional ingredients and cheese group, is hosting a presentation for analysts and investors in London at 3:15pm today, 13 April, and in Dublin tomorrow, 14 April, at 10:15am.
Hosted by John Moloney, Group Managing Director, the Business Briefing will focus on the Group's US cheese and global nutritionals businesses.
Glanbia recently announced full year results and that it is in discussions with its 54.64% shareholder, Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited which has expressed an interest in acquiring Glanbia's Dairy Ireland operations.
No additional disclosure will be provided in relation to either the Group's financial performance or those discussions.
