Issue of Warrants to Broker

InnovaDerma, a UK developer of 'at-home' and clinically proven treatments for hair loss, hair care, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation announces that as part of Hybridan LLP's appointment as Sole Broker to the Company, it has today created and issued Warrants (the "Broker Warrants" or "Warrants") to subscribe for up to 11,905 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Broker Warrants are exercisable in the period from (but excluding) 29 July 2016 to (and including) 29 July 2019, at an exercise price of £0.84 per share.
