Broker appointment and Change of Nomad

The Directors of Sirius Minerals Plc (AIM: SXX, OTCQX: SRUXY) ("Sirius" or "the Company") announce changes to its advisory team.

J.P. Morgan Cazenove has been appointed as joint corporate broker with immediate effect. In addition, the responsibilities as Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") to the Company have now been taken on by existing joint broker Liberum Capital Limited. The Company's other joint broker, WH Ireland, remains part of the Company's ongoing broking team.
