It now correctly describes theblocklisting of 2,500,000 ordinary shares with respect to the C&C ExecutiveShare Option Scheme, and the issue of 355,731 ordinary shares pursuant to the C&C Scrip Dividend Scheme for the year ending 28 February 2007. Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions under the C&C Executive Share Option Scheme. Admission is expected totake place by 18 December 2006.
