A block listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 350,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each, in the capital of Paddy Power plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. These shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Paddy Power plc Sharesave Scheme and will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares.
