Elan Corporation PLC15 February 2006 14 February 2006 Brochure of Particulars Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK ListingAuthority for 2,510,070 ordinary shares of nominal value of €0.05 each in thecapital of Elan Corporation plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange andapplication has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London StockExchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares have beenallotted as follows: 131,556 under the Employee Share Purchase Plan, 2,377,455pursuant to the Elan Corporation plc Stock Option Plan and 1,059 shares issuedto former Dura shareholders.
