BROCHURE OF PARTICULARS
A listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for 342,398 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.05 each in the capital of United Drug Plc to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
These shares have been allotted were allotted in respect of the scrip dividend on the interim dividend for 2008. These shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing shares. Admission is expected to occur by 11 July 2008.
