Tullow Oil plc
A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 6,925,633 Ordinary Shares of nominal value GB£0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. 5,000,000 shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Tullow Oil plc 2000 Executive Share Option Scheme and 1,925,633 shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Tullow Oil 1998 Executive Share Option Scheme.
