BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software company focused on creating enterprise productivity solutions for the global workforce market, is pleased to provide an update regarding its sales strategy for BOS Automate, a cloud based document management framework, which promotes the efficient processing, integration, storage and use of data in an organisation.

Highlights

· Appointment of Cornerstone Group, one of Australia's leading providers of government relations services, to aid BOS' sales drive across government departments in this market

· Launch of BOS Reseller Program with a focus towards channel partner relationships focused on large consulting service providers and system integrators

· Evaluating opportunity to submit a proposal in response to a £80 million tender request for IT services from the UK Government's Department of Work and Pensions

· Formulated a commercial innovation partnership agreement for Governments seeking to drive productivity and efficiency gains throughout their workforce. The agreement provides for the opportunity to prove the financial business case to governments for the wide scale adoption of BOS360 Work Patterns as an enabler of public sector productivity and service delivery to it's constituents

· Targeting government opportunities to leverage the proven application of BOS Automate by AG-I Solution Limited ('AG-I') within Malaysian government departments

· Deployed infrastructure in the United Kingdom, United States and Australia for local channel partners and end users of BOS-Automate

Notably, government spend on IT and compliance has increased incrementally over the past 10 years and, as demonstrated by the recent call for proposals from the UK Department of Work and Pensions, they can offer significant revenue opportunities. We expect to participate in this tender process and will update to market at the appropriate time. Given that government departments have significant content and documentation to deal with and distribute between different jurisdictions and bodies, we anticipate the demand for elegant software solutions such as ours to increase and therefore we believe we are in the right place at the right time."

This BOS-branded turnkey solution was developed by Ag-I Solutions Limited ('Ag-I Solutions'), the Company's development partner, which has implemented within the Malaysian Government.
