Folio Treasury Limited (company number 12367949) (Borrower) on 31 October 2025 disposed of 320,936 Ordinary Shares of £1 each in Folio St James Limited (company number 12747744) (Folio Subsidiary) being 100% of the issued share capital in the Folio Subsidiary to a third party outside of the Borrower's group entities (Disposal). A subsequent announcement in relation to the application of the proceeds from the Disposal will follow in due course.
