Croma Group PLC05 November 2007 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") Appointment of Finance Director, change of auditors and grant of Share Options The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance security and homeland defencespecialist, have today announced the appointment to the Board of a new FinanceDirector. The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gerald Michael McGill, aged34, to the Board. He has taken up roles as Finance Director and CompanySecretary of Croma Group and will oversee the financial affairs of the Group andits operating subsidiaries. Mr McGill will continue his role as a partner withFarries, Kirk & McVean, a Scottish based chartered accountants.
