Boozt executed a necessary inventory clean-up, sharpened operations, and trimmed the organisation. The result is a business that is more agile, more efficient, and ready to scale.
At the same time, Boozt took a quantum leap in integrating AI across the value chain - from optimising marketing spend to streamlining fulfilment - freeing up our talented people to focus on what matters most: delivering value to customers. The defensive plays of 2025 were necessary to set up the winning plays of tomorrow.
In 2026, Boozt plays offence. With a clean inventory, a strong balance sheet, and a new Copenhagen headquarters, Boozt is well-positioned to accelerate growth and take market share."
