Book Closure and Final Dividend for FY 2014-15

Sub: Notice of Book Closure and Payment of Final Dividend for FY 2014-15

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 27.05.2015.

We would like to inform that 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company has been fixed for Wednesday, the 16th day of September, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Manekshaw Centre, Parade Road, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi.

Further, please note that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 29th August, 2015 (Saturday) to 16th September, 2015 (Wednesday),both days inclusive, for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members for payment of final dividend FY 2014-15 @30% (Rs. 3/- per share) on the paid-up equity share capital, subject to the approval of the members at the said AGM.

It is further informed that the said final dividend, if so approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within stipulated time period of 30 days i.e. latest by 14th October, 2015.
