Book Closure and Final Dividend for FY 2013-14

Sub: Notice of Book Closure and Payment of Final Dividend for FY 2013-14

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 26.05.2014.

We would like to inform that 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company has been fixed for Wednesday, the 17th day of September, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Manekshaw Centre, Parade Road, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi - 110010.

Further please note that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, the 30th August, 2014 to Wednesday, the 17th Septemeber, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the eligibitly of members for payment of final dividend FY 2013-14 @59% (Rs. 5.9/- per share) on the paid-up equity share capital, subject to the approval of the members at the said AGM.

It is further informed that the said final dividend, if so approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within stipulated time period of 30 days i.e latest by 14th October, 2014.
