EFG Hermes Announces the Distribution of Bonus Shares

EFG Hermes Holding announces the following:

The increase of the Company's issued capital from EGP 2,867,422,500 to EGP 3,259,255,500 with an amount of EGP 391,833,000 by issuing 78,366,600 bonus shares (excluding 36,956,522 shares) as per the AGM and EGM resolutions held on 17th May 2015 and 31st May 2015, respectively. This increase will be financed from the retained earnings account as presented in the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2014.

The Company will distribute (1.46) bonus shares for every 10 shares held by each shareholder with a dividend date "Record Date" 29th July 2015 and an ex-dividend date "Ex-Date" 30th July 2015.
