City Greenwich Lewisham Rail Link29 October 2007 NOTICE TO BONDHOLDERS £165,000,000 93/8 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2020 (the "Bonds") issued by City Greenwich Lewisham Rail Link plc (the "Issuer") ISIN: XS0070020093 The terms and conditions of the Bonds (the "Conditions") provide that the Issuerwill pay interest on the outstanding principal amount of the Bonds at the rateof 93/8 per cent. per annum semi-annually in arrear on 11 April and 11 Octoberin each year. The Conditions further provide that principal amounts outstanding under theBonds will be repaid semi-annually in arrear from 11 April 2006 until 11 October2020. On this basis, the interest amount expressed on the interest coupons attached tothe Bonds (the "Coupons") should have reduced on each Interest Payment Date fromthe Interest Payment Date falling on 11 October 2006 in an amount commensuratewith the principal amortisation schedule in the Conditions. However, (andnotwithstanding that the correct amount of interest has been paid to theBondholders) the Coupons have been printed such that the amount of interestspecified on the face of each Coupon as being payable is expressed to be anamount equal to 93/8 per cent. of the original principal amount outstandingthroughout the life of the Bonds and does not reduce over time in accordancewith the Bond Trust Deed. In accordance with the Conditions, Prudential Trustee Company Limited in itsrole as Bond Trustee and the Issuer have entered into a deed supplemental to theBond Trust Deed dated 11 October 1996 pursuant to which the paragraph commencing"Coupon for..." is deleted up to but excluding the words "due on..." andreplaced by the words "Coupon for the amount of interest". The Bondholders are hereby notified accordingly.
