British Sky Broadcasting Group PLC08 February 2008 NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE UNITED STATES Bond Issue Earlier today, British Sky Broadcasting Group plc announced a private placementof U.S.$750 million aggregate principal amount of notes (the "Notes") paying6.10% interest and maturing on 15 February 2018. The prospectus in respect of the Notes has now been filed with the UK ListingAuthority and has been made available to the public in printed form at theregistered office of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (as set out below), atthe offices in London of each of the initial purchasers of the Notes and at theoffices of the paying agent in London.
