Bomono Farm-out Extension

On 6 March 2017 Bowleven plc, the Africa focused oil and gas exploration group, announced that the Company and Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ('VOG'), an integrated energy company with operations in Cameroon, had signed a farm-out agreement ("the Agreement") relating to the Bomono production sharing contract ('Bomono PSC').

The Company is pleased to confirm that discussions regarding the proposed farm-out are progressing and Bowleven and VOG continue to work with the Government of Cameroon to advance the Bomono project. Consequently, VOG has elected to exercise its option to extend the termination date of the Agreement to 31st December 2017.
