Bodycote acquires Environmental Business in Montreal Bodycote International plc announces the bolt-on acquisition, by BodycoteMaterials Testing Group, of the entire issued share capital of Arthur GordonEnvironmental Evaluators Limited based in southern Montreal, Canada.The acquired business will operate as part of the Bodycote Materials Testing'sEnvironmental Division.
