Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A hereby informs that, on 10 December 2019, Mr. Niculae Havrilet, member of the Board of Directors of the company, has renounced holding this position, following his appointment as State Secretary in Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment.

Starting with 10 December 2019, Mr. Havrilet renounced to his rights as Director, to which he was entitled according to the Mandate Agreement, and will no longer exercise any act of administration of the Company.
