INFORMATION NOTICE

On 5 March 2018, Gazprom's Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia to consider the prospects of Gazprom's share and GDR buyback programme.

Upon consideration of the above matter, Gazprom's Board of Directors resolved to take note of the information on the prospects of the buyback programme with respect to Gazprom's shares and GDRs.
