BOARD CHANGES

 

Norcon plc (LSE/AIM: NCON), the global communications network specialist is pleased to announce that the current Chairman, Trond Tostrup, has accepted the new role of Executive Chairman. Arne Dag Aanensen, aged 50, the current Finance Director at Norconsult Telematics Ltd, has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer and has been appointed to the main board.

 

Steve Preston, the acting CEO, will continue in his role as CEO of the operating company Norconsult Telematics Ltd.

 

Arnold Rorholt has resigned as CEO and as a Director of Norcon Plc. He will continue to act as a senior advisor to the Company during his period of notice.

 

The composition of the new board is as follows:
