In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Arrow Global announces that there will be a change to Mr Andrew Fisher's Director Responsibilities which will take immediate effect. Mr Andrew Fisher will become the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Interim Chair of the Risk Committee and will join Arrow Global's Nomination Committee.
