Board update
Commencement date for new CEO
Further to the announcement released on 30 March 2011, Charles Taylor Consulting plc (LON:CTR) ("CTC" or the "Company") today announces that David Marock's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of CTC has been approved by the Financial Services Authority and that he will be appointed to the Board and as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2011.
The Company also announces that John Rowe will be stepping down from the Board and from his role as Chief Executive Officer on 30 June 2011.

1. David Marock joins CTC from specialist insurer Beazley plc where he acted as Group Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Group Executive Committee. He has also chaired the Xchanging Review Board and sat on the Claims Service Review Board on behalf of the Lloyd's Market Association.
