Board update
The Board of JD Wetherspoon plc ("JD Wetherspoon") announces that Keith Down, finance director and company secretary, and Paul Harbottle, chief operating officer, will be leaving the Company in due course. John Hutson, chief executive of JD Wetherspoon, will take on Mr Harbottle`s responsibilities as chief operating officer on an ongoing basis. Kirk Davis, deputy finance director, has been appointed interim finance director.
Tim Martin, chairman of JD Wetherspoon, said:
