Update
The Board of Johnson Service Group PLC is pleased to announce that John Talbot, following his appointment as executive Chairman in August, becomes a direct employee of the Group with immediate effect.
It had been planned and previously announced that John would become a direct employee from 25 January 2009. His services had previously been supplied under the terms of an Engagement Letter with Talbot Hughes McKillop LLP (THM) (formerly Kroll Talbot Hughes Limited) which expired on 24 January 2009 where he was a Senior Executive. He will retain the role of Senior Advisor to THM going forward.
John Talbot, who has over 25 years turnaround and restructuring experience, joined the Group as Interim Chief Executive Officer on 28 December 2007 and has been instrumental in the restructuring of the Group.
