With the 9 year tenure guideline being reached at the end of the current term, as planned, each of Ulf Claesson and Erwin Gunst will not stand for re-election as Independent Non-Executive Directors at the Company's next Annual General Meeting in 2021. The Company will provide an update on its succession plans in due course.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
