Directors' dealings
Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), a leading UK designer, manufacturer and supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions for the automotive sector, announces that that on 19 July 2017 Adam Attwood, non-executive Chairman, Ian Griffiths, non-executive director, and Michael Jennings, Chief Executive, purchased, in aggregate, 121,646 Autins ordinary shares at a price of 139.4 pence per share representing 0.55 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the purchases the Directors have the following interest in Autins ordinary shares:
