Board retirements

Produce Investments plc, (AIM:PIL) ("Produce" or the "Company"), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, announces that Neil Davidson, Chairman and Sean Christie, Non-Executive Director, have informed the board of directors that they intend to retire from their respective roles as Chairman and Non-Executive Director at the Company's upcoming annual general meeting at the end of November (the "AGM").

Barrie Clapham, Non-Executive Director, has agreed to take over as Interim Chairman while a formal process commences to identify a permanent Independent Non-Executive Chairman. We will provide an update on the process in due course.

In addition, the Company announces that Sir David Naish will also retire as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at the upcoming AGM.

The Board would like to thank Neil, Sean and Sir David for their contributions to the Company.

Trading remains in line with Board expectations and the Company will report its full year results for the year ending 1 July 2017 on Thursday 28 September 2017.
