The Board has appointed Keith Ludeman, currently Chief Executive - Rail as thenew Group Chief Executive with immediate effect. The Chairman, Sir Patrick Brown, said:- "We are distressed that Chris Moyes cannot continue as Chief Executive becauseof his illness. As a founder of the group he brought to it a continuation of themanagement style which has made it so successful. We are, however, delightedthat the strength and depth of management in the group has brought forward asuccessor who will maintain that progress."
