Board Resignation

Peter Reeve has advised the company of his resignation as Non-Executive Chairman from the company with immediate effect.

New Non-Executive Director, Carl Dumbrell will be the Acting Non-Executive Chairman. Jeff and Carl recognise the importance of good Corporate Governance practice for companies quoted on AIM and accordingly will be seeking to appoint an additional Non-Executive Director as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided in due course.

In addition to the Picachos Copper Project, the Company also has the Guamanga Copper Project and the La Serena Project.
