Board of Directors Meeting held 11 November 2015

The Board of Directors in its meetings on November 11, 2015 unanimously resolved the following:

1. Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors Meeting.

2. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the Auditor's report for the financial statements for the third quarter commencing on July 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2015.

3. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the Board of Directors' report for the third quarter commencing on July 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2015.

4. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the Company's audited financial statements for the third quarter commencing on July 1, 2015 and ending September 30, 2015.
