Edita Food Industries S.A.E ("the Company") announces the replacement of its Board member representing Kingsway Fund, Mr. Jeffrey Peter Van Der Eems, representing Kingsway Fund by Mr. Norbert Lurz, by virtue of the replacement declaration sent by Kingsway Fund and his appointment is approved in the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company held on 30 October 2019.
