Further to the announcement of 16 July 2009, Henderson Group ('the Group') today announces that the FSA approved Robert Jeens' appointment as a non-Executive Director to the Group Board, effective from 29 July 2009. Robert Jeens will stand for election at the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
