"Following completion of the takeover of Anzon, the Company has taken the opportunity to review the Board's structure. Adam Jolliffe will be replaced by Robert Léon and Doug Schwebel leaves the Board following acceptance of a full time executive position in the oil industry. On behalf of ROC's shareholders, the Board and staff, I would like to thank Adam and Doug for their support and advice. I would also like to welcome Robert to the Board.
