Stockholm, 12 March 2026 - Valuno Group AB (publ) announces that board member Christopher Hutchinson, at his own request, has stepped down from his position on the company's board of directors with immediate effect.
The board thanks Christopher Hutchinson for his contributions to the company.
Considering the change in the composition of the Board of Directors, the matter of electing a new board member will be addressed at the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for 13 April 2026._________________
