SUB: BOARD MEETING TO CONSIDER UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED (THE "BANK") FOR THE QUARTER ENDED AS ON 30TH JUNE 2020.

REF: REGULATIONS 29 (1), 46 (2) and 47 (1) OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ('LISTING REGULATIONS')

Notice is hereby given that the 208th meeting of the Board of Directors ('the Board') of Axis Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held through Video Conference on Tuesday, 21st July 2020 and will continue on Wednesday, 22nd July 2020, at the Corporate Office of the Bank at Axis House, C - 2, Wadia International Centre, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025.

Kindly note that the Board at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, 21st July 2020 will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter ended as on 30th June 2020 and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on 30th June 2020, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank and as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Board.

The said results will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges and uploaded on the website of the Bank and thereafter published in the newspapers, in accordance with the Listing Regulations.

Please note that the notice in respect of the said meeting for the above purpose is being uploaded on the website of the Bank and will be published in the newspapers, in terms of Regulations 46 (2) and 47 (1) of the Listing Regulations.

Further, please note that the restricted trading window (blackout period) for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank has commenced from Sunday, 21st June 2020 and will continue up to Thursday, 23rd July 2020 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Share Dealing Code -October 2019, formulated and adopted by the Bank, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring the above to the notice of all concerned.
