BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 239th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday 19 October 2022 at Islamabad at 09:30 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3rd Quarter ended 30 September 2022 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 10 October 2022 to 19 October 2022 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
