BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 232nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday 21 April 2021 at 03:00 p.m. (Pakistan Standard Time) through video conference call, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the Quarter ended 31 March 2021 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 12 April 2021 to 21 April 2021 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
